Collect Audio Reviews as Easily as a Voice Note
For a lot of customers, talking is faster than typing. RatingWall lets them leave an audio review as a recorded voice note — right in the browser on your collection page, or as a normal WhatsApp voice message — and turns it into a transcribed, translatable review automatically.
Every audio review is transcribed automatically — Sarvam AI handles the 22 Indian languages it covers, with Google speech-to-text as a fallback for everything else; if the transcription confidence is low, it's flagged in your moderation queue so nothing questionable slips onto your Wall of Love unnoticed. Once approved, the original audio plays inline on the wall card alongside its star rating and transcript.

Frequently asked questions
What if the automatic transcription isn't accurate?
Low-confidence transcriptions are flagged in the moderation queue, so you can review and correct them before approving.
Can audio reviews be translated?
Yes — the transcript is translated into any of your configured target languages, automatically or on demand.
Is a star rating required with a voice reply?
The rating step comes first on the collection page and is recorded separately, so a voice reply can be given with or without one.
Does the original audio stay available, or just the transcript?
Both — the original audio plays inline on the published wall card, with the transcript shown alongside it.
